This post is to say that I won't be using this journal anymore, not to write in nor to read my f-list or communities.
I'm not going to delete it, incase I want to look back over it, I'm shutting it down.
I'm a very different person now than I was back when I started this journal, there are people out there who I don't get on with and who don't get on with me because of the person I am now. There are things I have grown out of that were my only connection to some people on my f-list. My whole journal reeks of the person I was and it makes it hard to write when I know I might be offending someone who I have nothing against, but don't share their attitudes.
Also I'm convinced that hardly anyone reads my journal anymore. I don't read all of my f-lists posts, so I'm keeping my new journal to people who's posts I'll actually read and who will read mine.

So its about this girl, Ofelia who loves fairy tales, her and her preggers mother go and live with the stepdad whos a fascist Spanish wanker military man. Bad bad bad things happen and Ofelia descovers (or make believes) that shes the soul of the daughter of the king of the underworld and that she'll be led home if she completes 3 tasks. First of all this film isnt about the tasks she has to do...the adventure and so on, the fantasy rides side by side with this harsh story of war, cruelty and torture. The main metaphor/point to the story is to question weather the magic is real or if Ofelia is losing herself is fantasy to escape her harsh reality.
Tho Sam and me still plugged our ears and shut our eyes 3 or 4 times during the film we both really really enjoyed it. The look of it was increadible, and it was obviously very cleverly written. Tbh I think its one of the best films Ive seen in a long while.
In other news, I fell up the staires today :'( Like properly flat-on-face jobbie...Ok I know I'm an utter ditz whereever I go..but it seems to be magnafied x10000 at work.

So I've been workin earlies all this week which means my days go super fast and I'm done by 3. It means I've been going to bed so much earlier, now lemme stress this to ya I HAVE TO FORCE MYSELF TO DO THIS! Years and years of not going to bed early is rather a hard habit to break...especially in me ;o; But last night I naturally woke up at 3am! Looked at the clock and realised I had HOURS till I had to be up! YES! IN A WEEK I HAVE MANAGED TO CHANGE MY SLEEPING PATTERNS SO I WAKE UP AT THE SAME TIME I WOULD USUALLY BE GOING TO BED!!
Today was a good day at work too, Im finally getting into the swing of things, and also I had to serve a woman who....(quite obviously to me and everyone else behind the till) was on smack...who wanted to order several Eminem albums and a book...I dunno if you've ever talked to anyone on smack but it's like talk to a very stupid person....who wont shut up. But I ordered her stuff and she went on her merry jacked-up way. I got a pat on the back and a "well done" from Sarah. Also coz I stayed after 3 to finish the job I was doing I got lots of praise and "thankyous" from Andy...who I always think I'm annoying with all my questions.
Now I just need to learn the names of ever band member of every group of every era of every genre and their albums and release dates and I'm DONE!
Also got my first pay slip of the 3 weeks ive been working there. YES NO EMERGENCY TAX! HMV are so efficiant! Just as I'd spent my last fiver on batteries and a sandwhich I get right back out of my overdraft.
Tomorrow is the start of the big weekender, up at 7, work at 8, finish at 3, pick Max up from somewhere at some point, Pams House from 9 - 6 am. Sleep. Larva 9 - 3, Sleep. ADVENTURE DAY! and monday will hopefully be a rest day...or some such eventful chillout.

Well they let me stay of course and I managed to salvage my shrooms from the floor.
The Dixis were awesome, if you dont know they do covers of famous rock songs...but make them hilbilly :D FUCKING GENIUS!! Kel, Chap n me all rammed in the moshpit, and broke my dress. We danced harder and better than anyone else :P FIGHT THE POWER!! n all that! Then we hung around and the band came out to sign our shit....well my broken dress mainly.

Couldnt sleep till 8am, and had a bit of a bad come down for the rest of the day WTF Headache city! Wondered into town, lolled with Mamfa and skulked home to sleep for a few hours. Went to Mamfa's birthday party which was tiring and full of silly people. Abort home for a cuppa...
No having a job has made me redescover my old but still very much loved fandoms, Gundam Wing, FAKE and Yami no Matsuei. Also got myself though some REEEL books which is a bonus, felt like i havent read in an age! GROSS MISCONDUCT! I've been finding stuff to fill my days with...stuff that isnt gaming. I'm well bored of gaming atm. My eyes need a rest. Glad I've been around to see my mates whenever they available <3

Went to ELECTRO HOUSE DISCO last night, great fun indeed! Phat juicy beats even! I nice remix of "Ride a White horse" and "Been a long time" Lovely people there too, tho Sam didnt stick around for too long (AS IF 80'S NIGHT IS ANY BETTER!!) but I had darling Flow to boogie and lol with, even tho her pills made her a bit sleepy "WHERES THE COME UP???" Thing about the Friday night scene in Norwich, on nights like this with this sort of music you can get a bit of a hot and cold reception, you have the people there who adore the music and you can chat to for hours, then you get the chavs and squares who keep to the walls and stare at you. Not like Pam's House where you just have to smile at someone and you get hugs and kisses and you're best friends for life! But last night had a good atmosphere (as good as can be expected from Poo Na Na's :/) Great holiday family fun!

Went to London on Sat wiv the lovely Claire and Stuart. Camdon was shopped upon. Claire n me got super shiney shoes (seriously...well shiney) and some other gumph. Also got a new game for their XBOX THREESIIIIIIXXXXXXXXXXXTTTTTTTYYYYYYYYYYYY!! Enchanted Arms...which is tbh the biggest loller game ever invented! Srsly look it up on youtube.
Talking of games, I'm fed up to the back teeth of Final Fantasy 12....I really can't get into the story AT ALL...The battle system is cheese and its just generally too hard...I dont mind it being a challange but when you have to go level up for 3 hours before entering ANY dungeon or fighting ANY boss....it's just a headache. I'm hoping the story will get a bit better cause right now I dont like a single character. i'm sticking to playing Okami which is FAR more fun. Beautiful and fun, very Zelda like so my mum likes it too :)
Is it bad that I now check myspace before I check LJ...or is it equally sad??
